Blast from the Past Pt. 2

RIP Kate McGarrigle, who passed away Monday from cancer, at age 63. While her kids, Rufus and Martha Wainwright, have enjoyed far greater fame in their short careers than their mother ever did, Kate and her sister Anna are Canadian folk music royalty.

Even if you've never heard a Kate and Anna McGarrigle album, many Canadians under 40 will recall their singing from this NFB short.
